Dr. Candace Vancko was the ninth president of SUNY Delhi, a position from which she recently retired. She is a nationally recognized higher education management specialist who has served on numerous national boards and committees, including her appointment by Governor Andrew Cuomo to serve on the Southern Tier Regional Economic Development Council.
