Olympic gold medalist and four-time World Rowing Champion, Anna Goodale has returned to Mid-coast Maine. By taking a risk and trying a completely new sport at 18 years old, Anna’s life opened with opportunity. She went on to compete on the US National Rowing team from 2005-2010, winning gold in the 2008 Beijing Olympics. Since retiring from elite rowing Anna has been working to translate her experiences into words to coach, mentor and inspire others to find their own great strength. Anna and her partner, Wesley, have two young sons.
