Shenna Bellows, Maine's new Secretary of State is on a listening tour to hear from constituents. Join us via Zoom to share your ideas about our state elections, civic education, BMV operations, online technologies for state services and more.
Maine's 50th Secretary of State and the first woman to hold the position, Secretary Bellows was sworn into her first two-year term on January 4, 2021. She previously served two terms in the Maine Senate from 2016-2020 representing 11 towns in southern Kennebec County. In the Maine Senate, she served as Senate Chair of the Labor and Housing Committee and served on the Judiciary Committee.
