For over twenty years, Denise Breed (currently of Rockport) resided on four different continents in seven unique countries, requiring navigation through an unpredictable, colorful, challenging and rewarding life while raising two beautiful children with a loving, supportive husband by her side. There were missteps, mistakes, disasters, magical moments, chosen families, wondrous joys and so many lessons learned. Constantly living outside of her comfort zone Breed fostered a relentless resilience that enabled her to keep going when continuing sometimes seemed next to impossible.

This is a mother’s story. It is filled with doubts, second guessing and endless grasping for hope and for solutions. The only thing that mattered Denise was protecting her two little boys and delivering them to safety.
